This Returns Policy outlines the process and conditions under which customers may return non-bespoke book products purchased from Ecosse Communications Ltd, a Scottish limited company, via our website or other official sales channels. This policy complies with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

1. Your Right to Cancel

If you are a consumer (i.e. not purchasing on behalf of a business), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.

To cancel, you must contact us by email at [sales@more-stuff.com] within the 14-day period. You then have a further 14 days to return the product to us at your own expense.

2. Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• The book must be in its original condition: unused, undamaged, and suitable for resale

• Proof of purchase must be provided (e.g. order number or receipt)

• Returns must be received by us within 28 days of delivery

Returns may not be accepted if:

• The book is personalised, signed, or made to order

• It has been clearly used or handled in a way that reduces its resale value

• It was purchased as part of a clearance or non-returnable promotion (where specified)

3. Refunds

Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Refunds include the original cost of the item and standard delivery charges (if applicable), but not any enhanced delivery options chosen at checkout.

We reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund for any loss in value due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and quality of the goods.

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will either:

• Offer a replacement

• Provide a full refund

• Cover return postage for faulty/incorrect items

5. Trade Orders

Trade and wholesale orders may be subject to separate terms. Please refer to your trade agreement or contact us for clarification.

To return an item:

2. Package the item securely and include a copy of your original invoice or a note with your contact details and order number.
