This Returns Policy outlines the process and conditions under which customers may return non-bespoke book products purchased from Ecosse Communications Ltd, a Scottish limited company, via our website or other official sales channels. This policy complies with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
1. Your Right to Cancel
If you are a consumer (i.e. not purchasing on behalf of a business), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.

2. Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

3. Refunds
Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Refunds include the original cost of the item and standard delivery charges (if applicable), but not any enhanced delivery options chosen at checkout.
We reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund for any loss in value due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and quality of the goods.
4. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will either:
